Privacy Policy — Umm Al-Qura Calendar
باختصار
لا نملك خادماً يجمع بياناتك. تقويمك ومفضّلتك ومواعيدك وإعداداتك تبقى على جهازك. ولا نطلب حساباً ولا اسماً ولا بريداً ولا رقم هاتف. والموقعُ — إن أذنتَ به — يُستعمل لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة، ويُخزَّن على جهازك.
ما الذي يُجمع، ولماذا
١) الموقع الجغرافي
يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع لغرضٍ واحد: حساب مواقيت الصلاة الصحيحة لمكانك، وتحديد اتجاه القبلة، وإظهار اسم مدينتك في الواجهة. والإذن اختياري — يعمل التطبيق بدونه، وتستطيع تعيين موقعك يدوياً.
ولحساب المواقيت تُرسل إحداثياتك (خط الطول والعرض) وحدها — بلا اسمك ولا أيّ معرّف يخصّك — إلى خدمتين خارجيتين:

ويُحفظ الموقعُ وآخرُ مواقيتَ حُسبت على جهازك كي تعمل الصفحةُ والتنبيهات بلا إنترنت. ولا تُرسَل إلينا نسخةٌ منها، ولا نحتفظ بسجلٍّ لمواقع المستخدمين.
٢) هويّةٌ مجهولة
يُنشئ التطبيق عند أوّل تشغيل هويّةَ ضيفٍ مجهولة عبر Firebase Authentication — رقمٌ عشوائي لا غير. لا بريدَ ولا اسمَ ولا رقمَ هاتف ولا حسابَ جوجل. وغرضُها الوحيد ربطُ اشتراكك بجهازك واستعادتُه عند إعادة التثبيت.
٣) الاشتراك وإزالة الإعلانات
الشراءُ يتمّ داخل متجر جوجل بلاي (أو آبل)، ولا تمرّ بيانات الدفع بالتطبيق إطلاقاً — لا رقم بطاقة ولا اسم حامل. ونستعمل RevenueCat للتحقّق من حالة الاشتراك، ويصلها معرّفُ الهويّة المجهولة أعلاه وحالةُ الشراء.
٤) الإشعارات
- تنبيهات الصلاة تُحسب وتُجدول على جهازك بالكامل. لا تمرّ بخادمٍ لنا ولا لغيرنا، وتصل بلا إنترنت.
- التحديثات والمناسبات — إن فعّلتها — تصل عبر Firebase Cloud Messaging. ويُنشئ النظامُ عندها رمزَ جهازٍ يحتفظ به فايربيس ليُوصل الرسالة. ونحن نرسل إلى موضوعٍ عام يشترك فيه من فعّلها، فلا نستهدف جهازاً بعينه ولا نعرف من اشترك.
٥) الإعلانات
يعرض التطبيق إعلانات Google AdMob، وقد تستعمل معرّف الإعلانات الخاصّ بجهازك لعرض إعلاناتٍ أنسب. وفي دول الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة تُعرض عليك نافذةُ موافقةٍ من جوجل (UMP) قبل ذلك، وعلى iOS تُعرض نافذةُ تتبّع النظام (ATT) — ورفضُك مقبول، ويبقى التطبيق كاملاً. ومن اشترك في إزالة الإعلانات لا تُعرض له إعلانات.
٦) ما يبقى على جهازك وحده
التقويم المخزَّن، والمفضّلة، والمواعيد التي تكتبها، وإعدادات المظهر والخط، ومفاتيح التنبيهات. لا يُرسل شيءٌ من ذلك إلى أحد.
ما لا يفعله التطبيق
- لا يجمع تحليلاتٍ سلوكية — لا Google Analytics ولا Firebase Analytics ولا Flurry ولا غيرها.
- لا يبيع بياناتك ولا يشاركها لأغراضٍ تسويقية.
- لا يقرأ جهات الاتصال ولا الصور ولا الملفات ولا الرسائل ولا سجلّ المكالمات.
- لا يستعمل الكاميرا ولا الميكروفون.
- لا يتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية — يُقرأ الموقع حين تفتح ما يحتاجه فقط.

الأطفال
التطبيق ليس موجّهاً للأطفال دون الثالثة عشرة، ولا نجمع عن قصدٍ بياناتٍ منهم. وإن علمنا أنّ بياناتِ طفلٍ وصلتنا سهواً حذفناها. للأولياء: راسلنا على البريد أدناه.
حذف بياناتك
حذفُ التطبيق يمحو كلَّ ما على جهازك — الموقع والمواعيد والمفضّلة والإعدادات والتنبيهات المجدولة. ولحذف هويّة الضيف المجهولة وسجلّ الاشتراك المرتبط بها، راسلنا على البريد أدناه وسنحذفها خلال ثلاثين يوماً.
الأمان
كلُّ اتصالٍ بالشبكة يجري عبر HTTPS مشفَّراً. وما يبقى على جهازك محميٌّ بحماية نظام التشغيل نفسه. ولا نظامَ آمنٌ مئةً بالمئة، ولا ندّعي ذلك.
التغييرات
قد تُحدَّث هذه السياسة. وتاريخُ السريان في أعلى الصفحة يبيّن آخرَ تحديث، والنسخةُ المنشورة هنا هي السارية.

In short
We do not run a server that collects your data. Your calendar, favourites, appointments and settings stay on your device. We ask for no account, no name, no email and no phone number. Location — if you grant it — is used to work out prayer times and the qibla direction, and is stored on your device.
What is collected, and why
1) Location
The app requests location permission for one purpose: to calculate accurate prayer times for where you are, determine the qibla direction, and show your city name in the interface. The permission is optional — the app works without it, and you can set your location manually.
To calculate prayer times, your coordinates alone (latitude and longitude) — with no name and no identifier of yours — are sent to two third-party services:

Your location and the most recently calculated times are cached on your device so the screen and the alerts work without an internet connection. No copy is sent to us, and we keep no log of user locations.
2) Anonymous identity
On first launch the app creates an anonymous guest identity through Firebase Authentication — a random identifier, nothing more. No email, no name, no phone number, no Google account. Its only purpose is to tie your subscription to your device and restore it after a reinstall.
3) Subscription and ad removal
Purchases are handled inside the Google Play Store (or Apple's App Store), and no payment data ever passes through the app — no card number, no cardholder name. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status; it receives the anonymous identifier described above and the purchase state.
4) Notifications
- Prayer alerts are calculated and scheduled entirely on your device. They pass through no server of ours or anyone else's, and they arrive without an internet connection.
- Updates and occasions — if you enable them — arrive through Firebase Cloud Messaging. The system then creates a device token which Firebase holds in order to deliver the message. We send to a general topic that enabled users subscribe to, so we do not target an individual device and do not know who subscribed.
5) Advertising
The app shows Google AdMob ads, which may use your device's advertising identifier to serve more relevant ads. In the EEA and the UK, Google's consent dialog (UMP) is shown first; on iOS the system App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown. Declining is fine and the app remains fully functional. Subscribers who remove ads are shown none.
6) What stays on your device only
The cached calendar, favourites, appointments you write, theme and font settings, and notification switches. None of it is sent to anyone.
What the app does not do
- No behavioural analytics — no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no Flurry, nothing of the kind.
- We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes.
- It does not read contacts, photos, files, messages or call logs.
- It does not use the camera or the microphone.
- It does not track your location in the background — location is read only when you open something that needs it.

Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn that a child's data has reached us inadvertently, we delete it. Guardians may write to the address below.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app erases everything on your device — location, appointments, favourites, settings and scheduled alerts. To delete the anonymous guest identity and the subscription record linked to it, write to the address below and we will delete it within thirty days.
Security
All network traffic uses encrypted HTTPS. What remains on your device is protected by the operating system's own protections. No system is one hundred percent secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The effective date at the top of the page shows the most recent update, and the version published here is the one in force.
